Sébastien Joly (born June 25, 1979 in Tournon) is a French professional road racing cyclist. Since 2001, Joly has been a professional rider. In 2006, he joined the Française des Jeux on the UCI ProTour. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer on June 25, 2007, the day of his 28th birthday. He underwent an operation and then completed radiotherapy treatment on September 11.[1] He currently rides for Saur-Sojasun.
